CRATi – Grade 5 titanium, more reliable
Titanium discs are biocompatible milling materials ideal for long-term implant-supported restorations, such as custom abutments and full-arch frameworks. Offering high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent corrosion resistance, and superior tissue compatibility, titanium ensures long-lasting clinical success. The discs are precisely milled with low tool wear and excellent marginal stability. Suitable for CAD/CAM workflows, they support precise prosthetic fit and minimal post-processing. Available in both pure titanium (Grade 2) and titanium alloy (Grade 5), they serve a wide range of indications from single crowns to complex implant bars, providing consistent quality for both aesthetic and functional restorations.

Pure Titanium
Titanium Alloy
Indications
Suitable for soft tissue friendly, single-grain restoration, and structures with high polishing requirements (such as abutments)
Suitable for high-strength, large-span structures, such as implant bridges, implant beams, and other high-load applications
Strength performance
Medium strength, suitable for non-load areas
High strength, supports repairs in high-load areas
Ductility
Easier to mill, low wear
Slightly harder, suitable for stable and fine milling
Biocompatibility
Very high, suitable for patients with metal allergies
Very good, widely used in implants and restorations
Corrosion resistance
Extremely strong, suitable for long-term use in the oral environment
Also excellent, especially in mechanical strength
Color/texture
Softer, easier to polish, hydrophilic surface
Harder, polishing requires higher technology
Applications
Abutments, connectors, single crowns
Full-mouth implant beams, implant bridges, heavy-duty posterior restorations
